Qualification Criteria

  • Currently a Dentally or Exact customer, signed contract for HSD consumables to spend over £20,000 per year.

Mechanism

  • Customer pays Second Opinion AI subscription monthly.
  • £750 is paid every 3 months (retrospectively) as a credit to consumables account based on 3 monthly increase in consumables spend being greater than £5,000.
  • Qualification is calculated based on 3 month increase in consumables* spend compared to prior year 3 month period.

Customer FAQs – Harmony Rebate Programme

To qualify, agreements must be signed by 31st May 2025. If you’d like to start later, you must begin spending by 30th September 2025.
You’ll receive your rebate for 12 months, starting from the 1st of the month after you sign your agreement.
Possibly. Your FSC (Field Sales Consultant) will review your pricing and help you manage any contract changes after your initial agreement ends.
Your rebate is based on your spending every 3 months. The maximum rebate is up to the value of your Dentally or Exact subscription.
Yes — each 3-month period is calculated separately, so you can move between tiers depending on your spend.
Yes — if you choose Harmony Two or Harmony Three, you’re eligible even if you already use Dentally or Exact.
Yes — but you’ll need to commit to spending at least £15,000 more on Henry Schein consumables to make the rebate worthwhile.

If your spend drops below the required amount, you won’t receive the rebate and the 20% subscription discount from Henry Schein One will also stop.

Yes — as long as you commit to increasing your spend by £15,000 (Options One & Two) or £20,000 (Option Three) compared to what you’re currently spending.
Your rebate will be issued as a credit to your account.
