  • The total estimated merch rebates are based on 12 full quarters available for rebate earnings for the 3-year term and 20 full quarters for the 5-year term.

  • Rebates from qualifying incremental merch spend over a calendar quarter (e.g. Jan-March) will be paid by HS to the funder and offset against the next quarterly payment due (see below). Quarterly merch rebates may not exceed the quarterly payment amount and if no rebate is earned due to £0 incremental merch spend within the calendar quarter, the full quarterly payment shown will be due.

  • Finance agreement will commence on delivery and acceptance of equipment. The first quarterly payment will be due 28 days following the calendar quarters; e.g. for goods delivered between Jan-March, the first repayment will fall due on 28th April, and then quarterly thereafter.
