Non-invasive non-contact thermometer for obtaining temperatures without the requirement for spare probe covers after every use. Body temperature function: simply point towards patient's temporal artery (within 2-5cms) and press the start button to take a reading. Ambient/surface temperature function, which allows the reading of air temperature and surface temperature (bath water, baby's feeding bottles). Response time of less than 1 second. Auto shut-off (60 seconds). Memory capacity of 32 readings. Multicolour backlight. Easy-to-read display. Supplied with AAA batteries x 2.
