Description
Clinell Body Fluid Spill Wipe Single Pack is a single-use infection control kit from GAMA Healthcare for body fluid spills for managing blood, urine and faecal spills up to 350ml. Patented peracetic acid-generating absorbent pad creates oxidising agents within the pad to neutralise pathogens, including hepatitis B and C, Clostridioides difficile, norovirus, non-enveloped viruses and bacterial endospores. Includes 2 disinfectant wipes for further cleaning and resealable packaging for safe containment. Risk assess PPE, place active side A face down on the spill for 30 secs, press the plastic-backed side B and wipe until fully absorbed. Return the pad to the pack, clean the area from clean to dirty with a disinfectant wipe and allow to air dry; use the second wipe if required. Reseal and dispose of the pack and PPE as hazardous waste. Provides a quicker alternative to traditional chlorine-based spill kits and conforms to EN 17126, EN 13727, EN 14348, EN 14476 and EN 13624.
