As cutting-edge dental simulation technology, the KaVo DSE Expert units designed to emulate real-life clinical scenarios, these units provide students with hands-on experience in a controlled environment. Each station is equipped with integrated water supply systems and ergonomically positioned dentist and assistant elements, ensuring that students familiarise themselves with the practicalities of modern dental procedures.
The successful implementation of this project was made possible by the dedicated efforts of our team: Bob Barski, David Brocklehurst, Danny Gawlyk, Alex Stewart, Gary Tomkins, Evan Robertson, and Anne MacKenzie. Their expertise and commitment ensured that the installation was completed efficiently, setting the stage for an enhanced learning experience for the students.
The introduction of these advanced simulation units comes as part of Newcastle University's vision to provide the best training possible for its dental students. By integrating state-of-the-art equipment into their curriculum, the university is preparing future dental professionals to excel in an increasingly digital and dynamic field.
At Henry Schein, we were honoured to be selected for the project, reaffirming our commitment to advancing dental education while proving the efficiency of our reliable team of engineers.
