What is Curodont Repair?

Curodont Repair is a biomimetic, non-invasive, regenerative treatment that arrests and remineralises early carious lesions before they require conventional restoration. Curodont Repair promotes natural enamel regeneration offering a pain-free, child-friendly alternative to traditional caries treatment.

For Give Kids A Smile, dental professionals, this means the ability to:

  • Intervene early and effectively.
  • Minimise the need for invasive procedures.
  • Improve long-term outcomes for young patients.
vVARDIS

vVARDIS offers innovative, biomimetic dental solutions for professionals, including Curodont™ Repair for non-invasive early caries treatment.

How to Use Curodont Repair Effectively

  • Prepare the area: Clean the tooth, perform oral prophylaxis, and isolate the area with cotton rolls and retractors.
  • Clean and etch: Remove organic pellicle with a 2-3% sodium hypochlorite dipped cotton pellet, rise with water, and etch with 35-37% orthophosphoric acid. Dry the tooth gently.
  • Apply Curodont: Using one applicator per lesion, press the sponge onto the lesion to release the liquid.
  • Let it work: Wait five minutes, do not allow rinsing or spitting.
