Greater quantities of water at low cost

In modern dental practices, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene is essential for ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. A key part of this is having access to reliable, high-quality water for sterilisation and instrument care.

Increasing hygiene requirements in the processing of medical products can involve the frequent sterilising of instruments. The consequent increased need for high quality demineralised water is provided amply by the MELAdem and at low cost. The reversal of the physical principle of osmosis is an extremely environmentally-friendly type of water processing. MELAdem produces around 3-5 litres of feed water per hour, so that several MELAG steam sterilisers can be supplied at the same time.

  • Water filter system.
  • Always fresh aqua dem which protects your instruments and your autoclave.
  • Automatic monitoring of the water quality when connected to a MELAG Vacuklav® or Euroklav®.
  • Creates 3 litres of water per hour.
  • Five litre storage tank.
  • Counter fitted tap.

Economical Water Purification: MELAdem 40

MELAdem 40 facilitates the economical production of demineralised water (aqua dem) in the practice. The compact ion exchanger system is recommended for practice autoclaves with up to 3 sterilisation cycles per day.
