Description
Heat-activated, multiforce, nickel titanium archwire with 3 distinct force regions. Places correct force to the appropriate region of the arch (anterior, bicuspid and posterior) to quickly torque, level and align without sacrificing patient comfort. Allows for longer treatment intervals. Easy to place because thermal mechanics allow the wire to stay soft when not in the mouth. Once placed, the warmth of the mouth allows the archwire to take on its memory shape. Forces range from 50g in the anterior region of the arch to 300g in the posterior region of the arch, depending on archwire size.
