Double ended elevator with spade-shaped and round working ends. Spade-shaped end is used to dissect the papillae and the marginal gingival margin. The dissection of the mucoperiosteal flap is continued with the round working end of the elevator, which allows the flap to be dissected without damaging the tissue. Used for elevating, reflecting and retracting the mucoperiosteal flap after gingival incisions. Easy-to-clean grooves in the handle design ensure a secure grip and a maximum transfer of force. Matt handle surface reduces irritating light reflections.
